GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE - BIOBOTTEGACASA.COM

1. Background

These general conditions of sale (the “General Conditions”) govern the purchase of products available on the website www.biobottegacasa.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), where applicable.
The products are sold by Ikaro Srl, with registered office in Via San Giovanni 2, 10073 Ciriè (TO) - P. IVA and C.F. 07433350019.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions

Using the Site and sending an order implies full acceptance of these General Conditions, which are always available on the Site.

3. Contractual Binding

Any order placed through the Site constitutes a contract of sale for all legal purposes. The language of the contract is Italian.

4. Products

Biobottegacasa.com sells items for the home, kitchen, home cleaning, ecological and sustainable accessories. Images are illustrative and may not accurately represent the item delivered. Product availability is subject to change in real time.

5. Purchase Procedure

The Customer can select products and add them to the shopping cart. After checkout, he/she enters shipping and payment information. The order is valid only if correctly completed.

6. Prices and Shipping

Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are EUR 6.90 for orders less than EUR 89.

Shipping is free for orders of 89 EUR or more. Delivery times are approximate.

7. Payment Methods

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfer are accepted. Other methods may be indicated on the Site.

8. Order Confirmation and Invoicing

The Customer will receive order confirmation by email. In case of unavailability, Biobottegacasa may cancel the order with full refund.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Excluded are: customized, damaged or opened products, sealed items unsuitable for return for hygienic reasons. Withdrawal can be exercised using the EU form available on the AGCM website.

10. Dispute Resolution

The Customer may have recourse to the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

11. Modification of the Conditions

Biobottegacasa may modify these General Conditions at any time, which will apply only to orders after publication.
