Which areas of Italy do you ship to? Islands too?
Yes, we ship throughout Italy, including the islands, except for specific exceptions communicated during the order phase.
How long does it take for the order to be shipped?
Orders are generally processed within 2 working days, except in special cases related to product availability or order volume.
Is it possible to collect the order on site?
Yes, collection is available at the Turin store, in Corso Regina Margherita 440.
Is free shipping available?
We offer free shipping for orders over 89 EUR, unless there are active promotions or special conditions.
Can I choose a delivery day or time slot?
It is not possible to select a specific time slot or day at this time. Deliveries are made during normal business hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer are available. Other methods may be activated periodically.
Is cash on delivery available?
No, for organizational and security reasons, cash on delivery is not possible.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping upon request for a small fee. The service can be selected during checkout.
