The natural material gives the dough enough oxygen to obtain a soft and fluffy result. Place the already shaped dough in the well-floured proofing basket and cover with a damp cloth. After the proofing, remove the loaf by turning the basket upside down on the baking sheet or bread stone and bake in the oven.
